Under the patronage of the President of the University of al-ameed, Prof. Dr. Muayyad Al-Ghazali, the Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance at the university held this morning, Saturday (13/8/2022), a mourning council in memory of the martyrdom of Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein and his pure family (peace be upon them) In the presence of The Director of the Office of His Eminence the Legal Representative of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Dr. Afzal al-Shami (his success lasted), and a number of directors of the departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, as well as religious and academic figures and the university's functional staff. The council began by reciting a verse from the Holy Qur’an, which was recited by the student Hamid Farhan from the College of Pharmacy, and then reciting verses about Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). And the martyrdom of Abi Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) and his pure and holy family, and she concluded with a poignant and sad obituary about the incident of the kindness and lamentation of Lady Zainab, may God’s peace be upon her, for her brother upon his martyrdom.
